At last the long wait has ended with the declaration of Miss World 2018 on December 8'2018. Vanessa Ponce de Leon is crowned as Miss World 2018. Miss Mexico defeated 117 contestant from all over the world, first and second runner up being Miss Thailand Nicolene Limsnukan, Miss Uganda Quiin Abenakyo respectively. Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar crowned this 26 years old international business student and TV host, Mexican model and a open water scuba diver from Mexico. 5 ft 8 inches brown eyed beauty was born and raised in the city of Guanajuato, Mexico.
68th Miss World pageant was held in the Sanya City Arena in Sanya, China, eight time since its start in 2003. The next session will hopefully be held on that tropical Chinese island of Hainan.
